How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

For personalized items, please allow 5 to 10 business days depending on the complexity.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I inspect the products before receiving them?

For logistical and food hygiene reasons, it is not possible to open or inspect the products before delivery.

If you notice a problem upon receipt, contact our customer service immediately — we will find a suitable solution.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and, if possible, photos.

We'll arrange an exchange, refund, or reshipment depending on the situation.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location:
 

In mainland France: 5 to 9 business days

Europe: 8 to 12 business days

International: 10 to 15 business days
